By accessing and using the Lancii website, platform, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our Services.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Workspace Usage and Restrictions
Lancii provides workspace management, pipelines, invoicing, and messaging tools for freelancers and creative agencies. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and agree not to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Lancii system or database.
- Use the Services for spamming, sending unsolicited marketing emails in bulk outside our acceptable email limits, or violating communication rules.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
Certain Services are available on a paid subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your workspace settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial periods.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lancii and its affiliates, officers, directors, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
6. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
